CANADA: What are the additional taxes or duties that I will need to pay?

(For all other countries, please see below)
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable import duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). We have no control over this and we do not refund any of these costs since they are collected by your government. Once you know which boot you are going to order, you can contact your local post office to find out what the duty/taxes may be.

We ship to Canada via the US Postal Service (USPS) and the cost for USPS is $68 for one pair of boots (each additional pair is $48). Multiple pairs are sometimes shipped in separate cartons when we use USPS because their fees are based on dimensional weight and sometimes it is actually less expensive to ship 3 pairs separately than in one carton. As we have heard from many of our Canadian customers, the Canadian government is extremely inconsistent with their policies and the taxes vary in different provinces. When entering your shipping information, please include your apartment number if you have one. If you are having your boots shipped to a business address, please be certain to include your company name, room/floor number, or any other pertinent information regarding your address.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed so that you can be aware of your pending delivery. IMPORTANT: If for some reason you did not receive an email with tracking information from us within one or two business days, please contact us immediately since you will need to keep track of your package by visiting the US Postal Service (USPS.com) website so that your boots are not returned back to the U.S. Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over the packages and if you have not heard anything within a maximum of 7 -10 days from your local post office regarding your shipment, please contact them to see if they are holding a package for you by giving them your tracking number.

Should you miss a delivery for failure to track your shipment or refuse it for any reason once your boots arrive in your country (because of duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.), we cannot be responsible for any of the shipping costs and they will not be refunded. You will be charged for the return shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee per pair if they are returned to us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
We ship via US Parcel Service Global Express Mail and you can check with your local post office or customs office regarding the taxes and duties you may need to pay to import boots into your country since we do not have information on these rates for other countries. The rates are based upon the country of origin (usually China) and the materials used to manufacture the boots (leather or man-made). Each foreign country has its own rules as well as rates and they are accessible at your local post office, at customs or on the internet. You are responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes and we do not refund any of these costs. Since we use the US Postal Service (USPS Global Express Mail) to ship internationally, we can ship to post office boxes in any of the countries listed above.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed so that you can be aware of your pending delivery. IMPORTANT: If for some reason you did not receive an email with tracking information from us within one or two business days, please contact us immediately since you will need to keep track of your package either by visiting the UPS or US Postal Service (USPS) websites so that your boots are not returned to the U.S. Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over the packages and if you have not heard anything within a maximum of 7 - 10 days from your local post office regarding your shipment please contact them to see if they are holding a package for you by giving them your tracking number.

Should you miss a delivery for failure to track your shipment or refuse it for any reason once your boots arrive in your country (because of duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.), we cannot be responsible for the shipping costs and they will not be refunded. U.S. Shoe Sizes for Foreign/International Orders
We recommend that customers in Europe, Australia or New Zealand use their UK or European shoe size equivalent to base your choice of US shoe size conversions on since that size is listed inside many of your shoes for comparison. This is a much more accurate basis for comparison rather than using a centimeter measurement for shoe sizes or widths. We are not responsible for size conversions and customers (especially in Australia and New Zealand) may also want to research these conversions or look them up on their own on Google since the size conversions for Australia are sometimes different than ours on different websites.

How do I convert my metric calf measurements to US sizes in inches?
Since we cannot make a chart that includes every metric conversion size from centimeters into inches, please go to this link and insert your calf size for the correct metric conversion to US inches: Metric Conversions.

You can also use Google to find any other site that you choose for yourself. Once you know the metric equivalent in US inches, you can choose a boot that you like, look up your shoe size and find your corresponding calf size. You cannot order a specific calf size for any boot since each boot is already manufactured with the calf size shown online.

What are the international exchange rates to US currency?
We do not supply any exchange rate information because these rates sometimes change on a daily basis. Your purchase cost will be based on the rate at the time the order is placed and that is done automatically by your bank through your credit card. You can access this information from the local bank in your country as well as on Google.

How long do I have to return or exchange my boots if they do not fit?
It is important to return or exchange your boots as soon as possible to conform to our return policies. We require that your boots be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days of the date of your order so please be certain to use "Priority Mail" for any returns to the U.S. Please see our return policy for more information. We are sorry, but we do not refund shipping charges.
