New Lower UPS Ground Shipping Rates for the Continental U.S.

WideWidths.com is happy to announce that we have reduced our shipping rates:
$14.95 FLAT RATE UPS GROUND SHIPPING and $7 for each additional pair.

This refers to UPS Ground shipping to street addresses in the continental U.S. and does not refer to expedited shipping rates. These rates can be seen in the table below.

Our standard form of shipping in the continental U.S. is UPS Ground Service. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES BUT WE DO SHIP TO MILITARY APO/FPO BOXES. PLEASE CHOOSE "MILITARY/AIRFORCE USPS PRIORITY" WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Same day shipping for most orders if received by 2PM EST. All orders are generally shipped within 24 hours on Monday - Friday. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email.

To estimate delivery time to your address, please check with UPS.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS. We ship from New York (zip code 14760) and if you require expedited shipping, you can choose UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS 2nd Day Air (see rates below - no Saturday deliveries).

Should you refuse or miss a delivery for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and you will also be charged a $10 re-stocking fee if the package is returned to us.

When entering your shipping information, please include your apartment number if you have one. If you are having your boots shipped to a business address, please be certain to include your company name, floor number, or any other pertinent information regarding your address. UPS requires this information to make a delivery and if any address corrections or delivery address changes are needed, the additional $11 - $14 UPS address change/correction fee that we are billed for will be passed on to you.

Shipping Charges
Since all of the major carriers have changed their methods of calculating their shipping rates, shipping charges are now dependent upon dimensional weights (rather than actual weights) and zip codes. The shipping rates will be added accordingly to your purchase at the time you place your order.
