Since we use the US Postal Service (USPS Global Express Mail) to ship internationally, we can ship to post office boxes in any of the countries listed above. We do not ship to PO Boxes in the U.S since we use UPS shipping and they do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
USPS has recently converted their shipping rates to dimensional based rates rather than by weight and as a result, we have had to raise our rates as well. Because of this, any multiple pair orders will be shipped in separate cartons since the rates will be lower that way than if they are shipped together. For example: if two pairs of boots weigh 7 lbs., their dimensions would put them into a 30 lb. category thereby raising their shipping cost four-fold if they ship together in one carton.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed so that you can be aware of your pending delivery. Should you refuse or miss a delivery for any reason, we cannot be responsible for the shipping costs and they will not be refunded.
Because our company is based in the United States, our prices are listed in US dollars and our sizes are all shown in US sizes. For currency exchanges, please check with your local bank or on Google.
How do I convert my metric calf measurements to US sizes in inches? Since we cannot make a chart that includes every metric conversion size from centimeters into inches, please go to this link and insert your calf size for the correct conversion: Metric Conversion 1
You can also use Google to find any other site that you choose for yourself. Once you know the metric equivalent in US inches, you can choose a boot that you like, look up your shoe size and find your corresponding calf size. You cannot order a specific calf size for any boot since each boot is already manufactured with the calf size shown online.
For information on international foot size conversions please see this link "International Size Chart" Customers in Australia, New Zealand or Europe should order their US shoe size based on their European or UK equivalent rather than using the centimeter measurements of their feet. This is a more accurate basis for comparison rather than using a centimeter measurement for shoe sizes or widths.
What, if any, are the additional taxes or duties that I may need to pay?
Canada Please be aware that there are UPS brokerage fees to be paid for importing boots into Canada. These include Canadian taxes and duties which we have no control over. For UPS Canadian shipping information, please call UPS Canada or go to this link: " UPS Standard to Canada " and view the applicable taxes as well as their "terms" page for a complete service explanation. A bit of advice: We have heard from many of our Canadian customers that if you call UPS and complain about their fees, they will frequently reduce them for you, especially if you speak to a supervisor who can sometimes be more accommodating. We will be happy to ship your package via USPS if you request that in the comments section of your order but please be aware that the shipping rates will be higher with USPS than the ones shown for UPS since USPS rates are different to each province while UPS rates are uniform throughout Canada. They will be adjusted accordingly and you can email us in advance to find out what the cost will be. Should you refuse a delivery because of duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. once your boots arrive in your country we cannot be responsible for the shipping costs and they will not be refunded.
All other foreign countries We ship via "US Parcel Service Global Express Mail"
and you can check with your local post office regarding the taxes and duties you may need to pay to import boots into your country since we do not have information on these rates for other countries. Each foreign country has its own rules as well as rates and they are accessible at your local post office or on the internet. You are responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Should you refuse a delivery because of duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. once your boots arrive in your country we cannot be responsible for the shipping costs and they will not be refunded.
If we do not have your country listed, we will be happy to add other countries, if possible, to our list and would love to hear from you – please contact us.
What are the international exchange rates to US currency? We do not give any exchange rate information but please be aware that these rates change all the time. Your purchase will be based on the rate at the time the order is placed and that is done automatically by your bank on your credit card. You can access this information from the local bank in your country as well as on Google.
How long do I have to return or exchange my boots if they do not fit? It is important to return or exchange your boots as soon as possible to conform to our return policies. We require that your boots be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days of the date of your order so please be certain to use "Priority Mail" for any returns to the US. Please see our "Return and Exchange Policy" on our FAQs page for more information. We are sorry, but we do not refund shipping charges.
Please be sure to measure your calf before placing your order. Since we have a very extensive selection of wide and extra wide calf boots to choose from, measuring your calf will reduce the likelihood of your having to return your purchase. Please measure the circumference of your calf about 14 - 15" up from the floor (or at it's widest part) since that is the height of most of the shafts of the boots. If there is a portion of your calf that is wider than that measurement, then please order using the larger of the 2 measurements.
For our petite customers - 5'3" or under:
You will need to measure differently since boots are not made in petite sizes and they simply do not fit the same on someone that is 5 1/2 - 6 feet tall as on someone 5 feet tall (as with clothing). Please measure the circumference of your calf at its widest point instead of at 14 - 15" and order a style that is at least one inch larger because your calf is wider at a lower point in the boot than on someone who is taller.
Once you know that measurement, you would look at the styles that you like and each foot size has a corresponding calf size. This makes it very simple to be certain that you are getting the correct calf size.
