W foot widths all having 17" calf circumferences and the WW foot widths having 19" calf circumferences. They do not make medium widths in the 17" or 19" calf size. If you are a medium width with a 17" or 19" calf and would love a pair of these fabulous plus calf boots, please order using your correct calf size and you can get a pair of Dr. Scholl's insoles to make the W or WW width foot fit tighter.
