If you are contacting us for a return authorization and you would like an exchange, please be sure to include the exchange information (new size/style/color) in your request below. If you received an order with multiple pairs and you are returning only some of them please include detailed information about which boots you are returning or exchanging. It is important to pay close attention to return dates and to return your products immediately after receiving a return authorization number.
NEW EASY RETURNS PROGRAM!
We are excited to announce that we have recently implemented our WideWidths.com Easy Returns Program! To make returns much easier for you, we are now offering pre-paid UPS shipping labels to our customers. **If you prefer to use your own carrier, please let us know in your return request.
1. NEW PRE-PAID UPS RETURN SHIPPING LABELS FOR THE CONTINENTAL U.S.:
Once you contact us for a Return Authorization Number, we will email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label and your refund for the order will be reduced by $14.95 for the UPS return fee (and $7 for each additional pair). This pre-paid shipping label feature can only be used for returns within the continental United States.
2. NEW PRE-PAID UPS RETURN SHIPPING LABELS FOR CANADA:
Once you contact us for a Return Authorization Number, we will email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label and your refund for the order will be reduced by $32 for the UPS return fee (and $32 for each additional pair). Along with the UPS shipping label, you will also receive a Commercial Invoice for Customs. Please be sure to follow our return instructions and to print both documents (the label and the Commercial Invoice). The Commercial Invoice needs to be placed in an envelope marked "Commercial Invoice" and attached to the outside of the box alongside the shipping label. This pre-paid shipping label feature can only be used for returns from Canada.

We generally reply to your emails within 24 hours from Mon - Fri and if you do not receive a reply from us within this time, we may not have received your email or our response to you may have been blocked by your spam filters. In either case, please be sure to check your spam folders or to contact us again if you have not received a reply within 48 business hours.
