We are sorry, but we do not offer catalogs or sell wholesale. We are an internet-only company and we do not have any retail locations. We do not accept checks or money orders and all orders must be placed by using a credit card. We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover AMEX and PayPal.

If you are contacting us for a return authorization and you would like an exchange, please be sure to include the exchange information (new size/style/color) in your request. If you received an order with multiple pairs and you are returning only some of them please include detailed information about which boots you are returning or exchanging.

Please make sure that you have written your correct email address in the form below if you are making an inquiry and include as much detail as possible. We generally reply to your emails within 24 hours during the business week and if you do not receive a reply from us within this time, we may not have received your email or our response to you may have been blocked by your spam filters. In either case, please be sure to check your spam folders or to contact us again if you have not received a reply.
