W widths all having 17" calf circumferences and the WW widths having 19" calf circumferences. They do not make medium widths in the 17" or 19" calf size. If you are a medium width with a 17" or 19" calf and would love a pair of these fabulous plus calf boots, please order using your correct calf size and you can get a pair of Dr. Scholl's insoles to make the W or WW width foot fit tighter.

does not have any elastic gore but it can stretch at least 1/2 inch more for added calf width.
