PLEASE NOTE: The Ashley and Ranger boots are identical styles. The differences between them are in the foot widths and calf sizes. The Ranger comes only in W (wide foot width) and WW (extra wide foot width) and the Ashley comes in M (medium foot width) and W foot widths.
EXTRA WIDE CALF circumference with a range of 17" to 20 1/2" as seen on our size specifications above. This David Tate super wide calf boot was custom made for us in only medium (M) and wide (W) foot widths.
The Ashley extra wide calf riding boots have a 1" heel, a full inside zipper and an inside elastic gore for easy on/off fitting. These boots in our super wide calf are accented with a strap and buckles along with an elastic gore on the outer shaft which can expand further if needed (see photo). They have a padded insole, a non-slip flexible manmade sole, tricot lining. Our boots can be further enlarged by a shoemaker if needed. These very fashionable boots for plus size calves have an approx. 15" high shaft (measured from the top of the heel).
